Method
 

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then slice into 1/8 inch rounds.
  2. Add potato slices to a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, then add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder; toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  4. Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space between slices; cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping at 7 minutes, until golden and crisp.
  6. Serve hot and season with an extra pinch of salt if needed.

Notes

- Keep slices close to 1/8 inch thick for even cooking and crispness.
- Do not stack the slices; cook in batches to avoid steaming.
- For extra crunch, cook 2 minutes longer and watch closely.
