- Wash and dry the apples, core them, and slice into 1/4 inch thick wedges.
- Add apples to a bowl and toss with sugar free sweetener, cinnamon, salt, and avocado oil until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes and lightly oil the basket if needed.
- Arrange apples in a single layer with space between pieces and cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket at 6 minutes.
- Rest the apples in the basket for 2 minutes.
- Stir Greek yogurt with vanilla bean paste, divide into 4 bowls, top with warm apples, and finish with chopped pecans.

- Keep the apples in a single layer or they will steam instead of caramelize; cook in batches if needed.
- If apples turn out too firm, slice thinner next time or add 2 minutes and shake once more.
