Ingredients

Ingredients
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini vanilla marshmallows
  • 1 graham cracker sheet crushed
  • 2 sheets aluminum foil

Method

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
  2. Shape each sheet of foil into a cradle around the bottom and sides of a banana, leaving the top open.
  3. Cut a lengthwise slit along the top of each banana, about halfway through the fruit, and gently pull the peel open to make a pocket.
  4. Divide the chocolate chips between the bananas, tucking them into the slit.
  5. Top each banana with mini marshmallows and crushed graham cracker.
  6. Place the foil cradles in the air fryer basket with space around each one and air fry for 4 minutes.
  7. Rest for 1 minute, then serve warm and eat with a spoon right from the peel.

Notes

- Use ripe but still firm bananas for the best creamy texture without collapsing.
- Check at 4 minutes; marshmallows brown quickly in some air fryers.
- Let the banana boats rest 1 minute before serving; the filling stays very hot.
