Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 350 F.
- Shape each sheet of foil into a cradle around the bottom and sides of a banana, leaving the top open.
- Cut a lengthwise slit along the top of each banana, about halfway through the fruit, and gently pull the peel open to make a pocket.
- Divide the chocolate chips between the bananas, tucking them into the slit.
- Top each banana with mini marshmallows and crushed graham cracker.
- Place the foil cradles in the air fryer basket with space around each one and air fry for 4 minutes.
- Rest for 1 minute, then serve warm and eat with a spoon right from the peel.
Notes
- Use ripe but still firm bananas for the best creamy texture without collapsing.
