Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and toss until well coated. If using Parmesan, add it and toss again.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Serving
- Serve the chicken bites hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside roasted veggies.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer for best results. Do not overcrowd the basket when cooking.
