  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps the seasonings coat the chicken.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds flavor and color.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to achieve better browning.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until it forms a loose, reddish paste.
  3. Add the boneless skinless chicken thighs and toss until every surface is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap.
  2. Cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  3. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part before removing.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, don't crowd the basket and flip the chicken with purpose to ensure even browning. Resting helps retain juiciness.
