  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold or red potatoes Diced into small, even cubes.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Helps brown the potatoes.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For seasoning.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds a smoky flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper To season.
  • optional Fresh herbs For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dice the potatoes into small, even cubes.
  2. Place diced potatoes in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Once golden and crispy, remove from the air fryer.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, keep potato cubes small and do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
