  • 1 head green cabbage cut into 5 wedges with core intact
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Pat the cut sides of the cabbage wedges dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, toss cabbage wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer, working in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes, then flip wedges using tongs.
  6. Continue air frying until golden brown and crisp on the edges, 6 to 8 minutes more.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

- Keep wedges in a single layer to avoid steaming and to maximize crisp edges.
- Flip at the 6 to 7 minute mark so both cut sides brown evenly.
- Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4 days; reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 7 minutes.
