Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for immediate airflow.
- Peel and slice the carrots into about 1/4 inch thick chips. Pat the slices dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, lightly spray the carrot chips with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
Cooking
- Arrange the seasoned carrot chips in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even browning.
- Remove the chips and let them cool on a wire rack or paper towels for 2–3 minutes.
Notes
For best results, keep slices uniform and pat dry well. Do not overcrowd the basket to avoid steaming.
