  • 4 medium Carrots Sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon Oil (olive or vegetable) Helps with browning and seasoning adherence
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Optional add-on for a smoky flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional add-on for a savory taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the carrots thinly for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, toss the carrot slices with oil, salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings until lightly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the carrot slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Check for doneness when edges look browned and crisp.
Serving
  1. Season to taste with additional salt if desired, and serve immediately while crisp.

Notes

Carrot chips are best enjoyed fresh. If storing leftovers, keep in the fridge but reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. Adjust seasonings to your preference after cooking.
