Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a cutting board and brush one side of each tortilla evenly with the garlic butter mixture, coating all the way to the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the buttered side of each tortilla, then sprinkle the grated Parmesan on top.
- Place 1 or 2 tortillas in the air fryer basket, cheese side up, in a single layer without overlapping.
- Air fry for 3 to 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tortilla edges are crisp and lightly golden.
- Carefully remove the tortillas from the air fryer and place them on a cutting board, then immediately sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas, then cut each tortilla into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Use high protein or low carb tortillas to boost protein and reduce carbs while keeping the same method and cook time.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or Italian seasoning over the cheese before air frying.
- Serve with warm marinara or sugar free pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
- Leftovers can be cooled, stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days, and reheated in the air fryer at 350°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
