Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread 1 tbsp softened butter evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the buttered tortillas.
- Top each tortilla with shredded mozzarella, spreading it to the edges.
- Stack the tortillas directly on top of each other and place the stack in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, checking at 4 minutes, until the top turns deep golden brown with crisp edges and bubbling cheese.
- Rest for 2 minutes, then slice with a pizza cutter into wedges or strips and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use softened butter so it spreads edge to edge without tearing the tortillas.
