Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
  2. Place the banana slices in a medium bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, then gently toss to coat.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the bananas and toss again until the slices are evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space between pieces.
  5. Air fry at 300°F for 15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through cooking, until golden and lightly crisp at the edges.
  6. Transfer the bananas to a cooling rack and let them cool completely before serving or storing.
