  • 2 7- inch flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter melted
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F.
  2. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles.
  3. Stir the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl.
  4. Brush both sides of each tortilla triangle with melted vegan butter.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on one side, flip, and sprinkle the other side.
  6. Arrange the triangles in an even layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, shaking the basket a few times to prevent hot spots.
  7. Rest the chips in the open air fryer basket for 2 minutes, then serve immediately.

Notes

- Keep the chips in a single layer and cook in batches if needed to prevent steaming and chewiness.
- Let the chips rest in the open basket after cooking to set the crunch without extra browning.
