Ingredients
  

For the cod
  • 2 fillets Cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Add right before serving
Optional dipping sauce
  • to taste Tangy dipping sauce Optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until it forms a loose paste.
  3. Brush both sides of the cod fillets with the seasoning mix, ensuring even coverage.
  4. Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket with space around each piece.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the cod is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice over the cod just before serving.
  3. Serve with optional tangy dipping sauce.

Notes

Store leftover cod in a sealed container in the fridge for up to two days. Reheat gently in the air fryer to retain crispness. Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results.
