Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, stir together the cottage cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, plus salt and pepper until evenly combined.
- Spoon small dollops onto parchment paper with a little space between each one.
- Gently press each dollop down to form thin rounds.
- Mist the tops lightly with olive oil spray.
Cooking
- Carefully place the parchment with chips into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, until golden and crispy, especially around the edges.
- Let the chips cool slightly before eating to achieve a firmer texture.
Notes
For best results, make smaller dollops, flatten evenly, and watch closely during the last two minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in air fryer to restore crispiness.
