Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a hole in each slice of bread using a cup or round cutter.
- Grease the air fryer basket with a little butter or oil.
Cooking
- Place the bread in the basket and crack an egg into each hole.
- Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, checking for preferred yolk doneness.
- Remove carefully and serve warm.
Notes
Best served hot for maximum crispness and egg quality. Use leftover bread cutouts for a sweet treat if desired.
