Ingredients

Frozen Dumplings
  • 1 bag Frozen gyoza, mandu, or potstickers Any variety works well in the air fryer.
  • 1 spray Cooking spray or oil (optional) Use a light coat for extra browning.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). This helps the wrappers start sizzling and crisping immediately.
  2. Arrange the dumplings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring a little space between them.
  3. Optional: Lightly coat the dumplings with cooking spray or brush with oil for enhanced crispiness.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the dumplings for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  2. Check for golden brown and crispy dumplings, then remove from the air fryer.
  3. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the basket. If cooking in batches, serve each batch hot for maximum crunch.
