Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth, glossy, and spreadable.
- Slice the loaf in half lengthwise and spread the garlic-butter mixture evenly over each cut side.
- If desired, sprinkle grated Parmesan lightly and evenly over the buttered surfaces.
Cooking
- Place the bread halves in the air fryer basket cut-side up. Cook for 5–7 minutes, watching closely after 4 minutes.
- Remove the garlic bread from the air fryer and let it rest for 1–2 minutes before slicing into pieces.
Notes
Soften butter before mixing to avoid large pieces of garlic. Monitor the cooking time closely, as air fryers may vary in temperature and speed.
