  • 2 fillets cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
For the garlic butter mixture
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  3. Brush the butter mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets to ensure even flavor.
Cooking
  1. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure there’s space around each piece for optimal air circulation.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through. The cod is done when it flakes easily with a fork and the surface is golden brown.
