Ingredients
  

For the Cod Fillets
  • 2 fillets cod fillets (about 6 oz each) Mild and delicate, perfect for this recipe.
For the Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted Provides flavor and helps with the cooking process.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adds rich garlic flavor.
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice Brightens the dish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper to create a garlic butter mixture.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
Cooking
  1. Place the cod fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through until the cod flakes easily with a fork.
Serving
  1. Serve the cod immediately for the best taste and texture.
