Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the garlic butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir until it looks evenly mixed and spoonable.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space around them.
- Coat the tops of the fillets generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
- Air fry the salmon for 8–10 minutes, until it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The edges should be slightly more browned than the center.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
Serve with sides that can catch the lemony garlic butter. Store leftover salmon in a sealed container in the fridge and reheat gently in the air fryer for best texture.
