Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the garlic butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir until it looks evenly mixed and spoonable.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space around them.
  4. Coat the tops of the fillets generously with the garlic butter mixture.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the salmon for 8–10 minutes, until it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork. The edges should be slightly more browned than the center.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

Serve with sides that can catch the lemony garlic butter. Store leftover salmon in a sealed container in the fridge and reheat gently in the air fryer for best texture.
