Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, add the gnocchi and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any optional herbs until evenly coated.
- Spread the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Air fry the gnocchi for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for golden, crispy edges and serve warm, either plain or tossed with your choice of sauce.
Notes
For best results, cook in batches if necessary to maintain a single layer. Remember to add salt or pepper to taste while the gnocchi are warm.
