  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adjust for smokiness.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until you have a loose, reddish paste.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the chicken breasts for an even coating.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  3. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge. For best texture when reheating, slice only what you need and warm in the air fryer. This keeps the outside nicely crisp.
