  • 2 fillets salmon fillets

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry to help the glaze stick.
Glaze Mixture
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until uniform and glossy.
Brush and Arrange
  1. Brush the glaze mixture over the top and sides of the salmon fillets ensuring an even coating.
  2. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down if applicable.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the salmon for 6–8 minutes, then gently flip using a thin spatula.
  2. Cook for another 4–6 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
Serve
  1. Transfer the salmon to a plate and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

For best results, don’t crowd the air fryer basket. Brush evenly and flip gently to prevent the salmon from splitting. Use visual cues for doneness rather than relying solely on a timer.
