Ingredients

For the patties
  • 1 lb ground beef (80% lean) Extra fat keeps the patties juicy.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Boosts savory flavor.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For serving
  • Burger buns
  • Toppings (lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc.) Customize to preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until everything looks evenly combined—avoid overmixing so the patties stay tender.
  2. Divide the mixture and shape into burger patties. Press them to an even thickness.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space around each one.
  3. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
Serving
  1. Serve on burger buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Make sure to mix only until evenly combined and keep the patties in a single layer for best results. Use the air fryer for reheating to maintain texture.
