Method
- Spread peanut butter in a thin, even layer on 2 slices of bread.
- Spread jelly in a thin, even layer on the remaining 2 slices of bread.
- Press 1 peanut butter slice and 1 jelly slice together to form 2 sandwiches, filling sides facing in.
- Butter the outside of each sandwich edge to edge on both sides.
- Place sandwiches in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes, flipping at 3 minutes, until golden brown.
- Rest 1 minute, then slice and serve.

- Keep fillings slightly away from the edges to prevent leaks in the basket.
