Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 package Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade) Can be homemade or store-bought.
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce For adding moisture and flavor.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Provides that gooey melt.
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni (or other preferred toppings) Dice or chop to fit inside the rolls.

Preparation
  1. On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Cut the rolled dough into 3-inch squares.
Filling and Sealing
  1. Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, then add the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
  2. Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges together, sealing firmly with a fork.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer with a little space between them.
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the seams look set.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

For best results, avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent leaks. You can also swap toppings based on preference.
