Preparation
- On a floured surface, roll your pizza dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into 3-inch squares.
Filling and Sealing
- Place a spoonful of pizza sauce in the center of each square, then add the shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Fold each square diagonally to form a triangle and press the edges together, sealing firmly with a fork.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray and arrange the pizza rolls in a single layer with a little space between them.
- Air fry for 8 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the seams look set.
Serving
- Serve immediately with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For best results, avoid overfilling the rolls to prevent leaks. You can also swap toppings based on preference.
