Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the potatoes thinly, ensuring even thickness.
  2. Soak the slices in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the slices dry to remove all moisture.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the potato slices with a light mist of olive oil and salt.
  3. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Cool slightly before serving to allow them to crisp up.
