Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if your model requires it. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes, then shake the basket to ensure even cooking.
- Continue cooking for another 8–12 minutes until golden-brown and fork-tender.
Finishing Touches
- Toss the cooked potatoes in the bowl and add grated parmesan, parsley, or a pinch of smoked paprika for serving.
Notes
For best results, avoid crowding the air fryer basket. If cooking in batches, check on the second batch early as they may cook faster.
