Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss the patted-dry sea scallops with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- Place scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each one.
Cooking
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Look for scallops that are golden on the outside and opaque in the center.
- Transfer scallops to a plate and drizzle with lemon juice right away.
Garnishing
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Best eaten immediately after cooking. Reheat in the air fryer to retain crispness.
