Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 3 minutes.
- Pat the steak dry, then toss it in a bowl with the oil, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper, dry thyme, Maggi or bouillon seasoning, and black pepper until glossy and evenly coated.
- Add the steak to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Transfer steak to a plate. Add the bell peppers and onion to the basket and cook 5 minutes, shaking once, until tender crisp.
- Return the steak to the basket, toss with the vegetables, and cook 2 minutes until the edges look browned and the steak is cooked through.
- Rest 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

- Keep the steak in a single layer and cook in batches if needed to prevent steaming.
