Preparation
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and ribs to create a clean cavity.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground meat, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly mixed.
- Spoon the filling into each pepper, pressing lightly for a snug fit.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the stuffed peppers upright in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is hot.
- Remove peppers, sprinkle cheese on top, and air fry for an additional 2–3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Let cool for a minute before serving. Enjoy the warm, cheesy peppers.

To reheat, use the air fryer for the best texture. Avoid crowding the basket to ensure even cooking.
