Preparation
  1. Cut the tortillas into wedges by stacking them and slicing each into 6-8 wedges.
  2. In a bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  2. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, checking for crispiness starting at 4 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while warm with salsa or your favorite dip.

Notes

For best results, lightly oil the tortilla wedges, ensure they are in a single layer during cooking, and watch them closely to prevent burning. Cool briefly before storing.
