Ingredients
  

Wonton Filling
  • 1 package Wonton wrappers Keep covered while working to prevent drying.
  • 1 cup Ground meat (chicken, pork, or shrimp) Use lean ground meat to avoid a greasy filling.
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions, chopped Finely chop so they distribute evenly.
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced Adds flavor to the filling.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Season the filling to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • cooking spray Cooking spray or oil To lightly coat the wontons before cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
  2. Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling and press the edges together to seal tightly.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the sealed wontons with cooking spray or brush with oil.
  3. Arrange the wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for about 8–10 minutes, watching for a deep golden color and blistered edges.
Serving
  1. Serve the wontons hot with dipping sauces of your choice.

Notes

Keep the wrappers covered while working to prevent drying out. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the fryer.
