Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into rounds about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overlap.
  2. Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking or stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Check for crispness; if soft, add 1–3 more minutes until they reach desired crispness.
Serving
  1. Transfer to a wire rack or paper towel to cool slightly before serving.
  2. Enjoy on their own or with a dip.

Notes

Store cooled chips in an airtight container for up to 3 days for best quality. For crispness, reheat in an air fryer.
