Method
Marinate the chicken

Cook the vegetables
- Add the sliced bell pepper, onion, and julienned carrot and cook until tender yet still crisp.
Combine and season
- Toss the cooked chicken with the vegetables to mix and coat in the juices. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
Serve
- Spoon over cooked rice and finish with fresh chopped cilantro.
