Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This helps the chicken get lightly golden edges.
- In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Thread the bite-sized chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers, packing them snugly but leaving space for air to circulate.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Place the skewers in the basket in one layer. If they don’t fit without overlapping, cook in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through until cooked through and lightly golden.
Serving
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the skewers right before serving.
