- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
Coating and Cooking
- Dip each salmon piece in the sauce, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated salmon bites on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until the coating is golden and the salmon flakes easily.
Serving
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Keep the salmon pieces similar in size for even cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure crispy coating.
