Ingredients
  

For the salmon bites
  • 1 pound salmon fillets Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Base for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Add more for extra heat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For the breadcrumb mixture
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning
  • to taste Chopped green onions For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  3. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth.
Coating and Cooking
  1. Dip each salmon piece in the sauce, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Place the coated salmon bites on a parchment-lined tray in a single layer.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until the coating is golden and the salmon flakes easily.
Serving
  1. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Keep the salmon pieces similar in size for even cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure crispy coating.
