Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch Helps the sauce cling to the beef
For the Stir Fry
  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced Slice thinly for quick cooking
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) For best tender-crisp balance
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For cooking
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch until smooth. Add the thinly sliced sirloin and toss until coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Set a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Cooking
  1. Add the minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add the marinated beef to the skillet and cook, stirring often, until browned and no longer raw.
  3. Toss in the mixed vegetables and stir-fry until they are tender-crisp.
  4. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Reheat in air fryer for best results.
