Ingredients

Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Cooked until fully browned
Big Mac Style Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise For creaminess
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard For tangy flavor
  • 2 tbsp ketchup Adds sweetness
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish For that classic taste
Wrap Assembly
  • 4 pieces tortillas Choose tortillas that crisp well
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Use your preferred melting cheese
  • 1/2 cup pickles Chopped, for great flavor

Method

Preparation
  1. Cook the ground beef until it’s fully browned and no longer pink, breaking it up into small crumbles.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. Lay out the tortillas and spread a layer of sauce edge-to-edge.
  2. Add the beef, cheese, and pickles to the tortillas, keeping the filling centered.
  3. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly to secure the filling.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook until the outside is browned and crisp and the cheese inside is melted, usually about 10 minutes.
Serving
  1. Let the wraps sit for a minute, slice on a diagonal and serve with extra sauce if desired.

Notes

For a crispy finish, don't overcrowd the air fryer basket. Serve with a crunchy salad or cut veggies on the side.
