Breading
- Set up your breading station: flour on one plate, beaten eggs on a second, and breadcrumbs on a third.
- Roll each potato ball in flour, dip into egg, and then coat in breadcrumbs. Press gently to ensure the crumbs adhere.
Cooking
- Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or pot (or prepare the air fryer).
- Fry a few balls at a time for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve while hot.
