Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
  2. Core the apples and slice them into rings about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, blend together 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons sugar.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the apple rings.
  5. Drizzle the lemon juice over the apple slices.
Cooking
  1. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange the apple rings in a single layer.
  2. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes, checking at 10 minutes.
  3. If needed, add 1–2 more minutes for additional color. Serve warm.

Notes

For best results, slice apples uniformly and avoid crowding the air fryer basket. Any leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes to restore crispness.
