  • 2 apples 2 apples, cored and sliced into rings Use firm apples like Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons sugar Regular granulated sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon cinnamon Ground cinnamon.
  • 1 spray Cooking spray Use a neutral oil spray to help the sugar adhere.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of each apple ring with cooking spray.
  3. Toss the sprayed rings in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange the apple rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping each ring halfway through.
  3. Check after 8 minutes; remove when edges are golden and glossy.
Serving
  1. Remove with tongs and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
