Preparation
- In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until well combined.
- Lightly spray both sides of each apple ring with cooking spray.
- Toss the sprayed rings in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
- Arrange the apple rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping each ring halfway through.
- Check after 8 minutes; remove when edges are golden and glossy.
Serving
- Remove with tongs and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with a dollop of Greek yogurt or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
