  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • Pinch salt
Creamy Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Use whichever sweetener you prefer.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For a fuller flavor.
Add-ins
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries Fold in gently to preserve their shape.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the rolled oats, almond flour, and protein powder until evenly combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries to the creamy filling.
  4. Scrape the creamy mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined.
  5. Portion the mixture into small scoops and roll into balls.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  1. Serve chilled for optimal texture.

Notes

These protein balls are best stored in the refrigerator to maintain their firmness. Freezing is also an option, but blueberries may soften when thawed.
