  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and cook for about 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, mixing until the sauce becomes smooth and thickened.
Combining
  1. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over it. Simmer for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving and enjoy this mouthwatering meal!

Notes

For better results, ensure each chicken breast has enough space in the skillet for even cooking. This dish pairs well with pasta or air-fried potatoes, and is best served immediately.
