Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Core the apples and slice them into fries or wedges about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the apple slices with olive oil, cinnamon, and sugar if using.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the apple slices in a single layer with space between pieces in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry at 350°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the slices halfway through.
  2. Look for golden, blistered edges and a slightly softened center.
  3. Remove the fries to a cooling rack or plate and let them rest for 1–2 minutes.

Notes

Slice evenly and pat the apple slices dry for best results. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
