- Core and slice the apples into fry-like strips about 1/2 inch thick.
- In a bowl, combine the apple strips with cinnamon and sugar, tossing until lightly coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
- Place the apple slices in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once golden with bronzed edges and lightly blistered skin, remove from the air fryer.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispness.
