Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) to ensure immediate browning.
  2. Core and slice the apples into fry-like strips about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, combine the apple strips with cinnamon and sugar, tossing until lightly coated.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with oil to prevent sticking.
Cooking
  1. Place the apple slices in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  2. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  3. Once golden with bronzed edges and lightly blistered skin, remove from the air fryer.
  4. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to restore crispness.
