- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly combined.
Assembly
- Lay out a tortilla and place a portion of shredded chicken in the center, then set one mozzarella stick on top.
- Roll the tortilla up snugly, ensuring the cheese stays centered and the wrap holds its shape.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Cooking
- Lightly spray the outside of the wraps with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning them midway through.
- Look for a deep golden, crisp exterior with toasted breadcrumbs.
Serving
- Let the wraps cool briefly before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For best results, do not overfill the wraps, roll snugly, and give the wraps space in the basket to ensure even browning. Handle the last two minutes with care to avoid over-browning.
