Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Taquitos
  • 8 pieces small corn or flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray For greasing the air fryer basket

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Mix until the chicken is evenly coated and the filling looks creamy.
  2. Microwave the tortillas for about 30 seconds until they’re pliable.
  3. Spoon a small amount of filling onto each tortilla and roll them up firmly.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the taquitos in a single layer.
  5. Lightly spray the tops of the taquitos with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  2. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For best results, do not overfill the taquitos, keep them spaced properly in the air fryer, and flip them halfway through cooking to ensure even browning.
