Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough and cut into squares.
- Fill each square with a small spoonful of pizza sauce, a pinch of shredded mozzarella, and a piece or two of pepperoni if using.
- Fold the dough over to form a roll and press the edges firmly to seal.
- Brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.
- Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, until the tops are golden brown and the rolls are crisp.
- Serve hot with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
For best results, avoid overfilling the rolls, and seal edges well. Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat in the air fryer.
